Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives sits on Kandooma Fushi in South Malé Atoll, about 40 minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport — we reach it by boat from our base. It is a relaxed, family-friendly island with a long beach, beach villas and bungalows, and a reputation among surfers for the reef break that peels off its shore. Wide beaches, a shallow lagoon, and the nearby surf give us an unusual range: family portraits, couples at sunset, and surf-and-lifestyle frames in one location.
Shooting at your resort
We arrive at Holiday Inn Kandooma by boat or seaplane transfer and shoot on your resort island — beach, jetty, villa deck, or a nearby sandbank.
Golden hour — roughly 5:30 to 6:30pm — is when Kandooma Fushi's beaches glow. We schedule every shoot around it.
Where a resort requires photography or drone permissions, we handle the arrangements before your session.
