About LUX* South Ari Atoll
LUX* South Ari Atoll sits on Dhidhoofinolhu, one of the longer islands in South Ari Atoll, about 25 minutes by seaplane or a domestic flight to nearby Maamigili followed by a short boat ride from Velana International Airport. We come to you by seaplane or by boat. The island has long, palm-lined beaches, a wide lagoon, beach villas, and a stretch of overwater villas, with a bright, playful design. Whale sharks are seen along this part of the atoll year-round, and the island's length gives us quiet sand for every session.
Shooting at your resort
We arrive at LUX* South Ari Atoll by boat or seaplane transfer and shoot on your resort island: beach, jetty, villa deck or a nearby sandbank.
Golden hour, roughly 5:30 to 6:30pm, is when Dhidhoofinolhu's beaches glow. We schedule every shoot around it.
