Beau Vallon is the widest and busiest bay on Mahé, a long north-west-facing arc of sand backed by hotels and casuarina, and the island's default swimming beach because the water shelves gently and stays calm for most of the year.

Granite at the far end of the bay, quieter than the centre and useful when the beach is busy.

Beau Vallon faces north-west, so the sun sets into the water in front of it. This is the evening session on Mahé.
Calmest from roughly May to September. The north-west winds of December to March push swell and weed into the bay.

ゴールデンアワーです。おおよそ日没前の60〜90分と、日の出後の1時間。Beau Vallonでのすべての撮影をこの時間に合わせ、光の変化に応じて桟橋、ビーチ、ヤシ並木の間を移動します。
セーシェルの公共ビーチは誰でも利用でき、許可は必要ありません。自然保護区やプライベート島では入場料または撮影料がかかります。撮影日までにこちらで確認します。
セーシェルでは空港周辺や一部保護区の上空でドローンを飛ばすのに許可が必要です。撮影日までに Beau Vallon の規制を確認し、それに合わせて空撮を組みます。
