A sandbank. The classic Maldives aerial is two people on a bare white sandbank surrounded by turquoise. We take you there by boat from your island or resort, usually a 10–20 minute ride.
We travel to Nilaveli by road and arrive before your session starts. Tell us where you are staying and we will meet you there. If you are already staying in Nilaveli, we meet you at your hotel or at the location.
Golden hour: roughly the last 60–90 minutes before sunset, and the first hour after sunrise. We schedule every Nilaveli session around it and move between jetty, beach and palm lines as the light changes.
