Drone & Aerial
on Fulhadhoo
The signature Maldives shot: you two on a white sandbank in the middle of turquoise. Flown by licensed pilots, composed from the sky. Photographed on Fulhadhoo, Baa Atoll, by locals who know the island's best light.

Fulhadhoo, about 120 km from Male in the isolated Goidhoo group of Baa Atoll, is repeatedly singled out as one of the finest beach islands among Maldivian local islands.

Drone & Aerial on Fulhadhoo: quick answers
Yes, with permissions. Drone flights require approval and local consent, and rules differ by island and resort. Our pilots are licensed and we arrange the permissions for your location in advance.
A sandbank. The classic Maldives aerial is two people on a bare white sandbank surrounded by turquoise. We take you there by boat from your island or resort, usually a 10–20 minute ride.
Speedboat from Malé in 120 minutes (~$65). If you're already staying on Fulhadhoo, we meet you there; we photograph guests on their own island.
Golden hour: roughly the last 60–90 minutes before sunset, and the first hour after sunrise. We schedule every Fulhadhoo session around it and move between jetty, beach and palm lines as the light changes.
